Not Recommended – Disappointing Service and Value We booked the 7-course set menu at 8,000 yen per person and arrived at 7pm. While the first five courses were served within 30 minutes, we then had to wait an unreasonable 50 minutes for the sixth dish. During that time, I asked the waiter if our food was coming, but he did not get back to us. When the rice finally arrived, it was just plain rice with cheese, and need to add it into the hotpot. The service was slow and unresponsive, and the food quality did not justify the price. Overall, a disappointing experience that I cannot recommend and need write this review in Google!

We visited the restaurant for a buffet on 1 nov 2025 at 5pm. The snow crabs were fresh and delicious. However, there is a particular japanese staff (a tall guy in spectacles) who was quite rude to us. Snow crabs legs usually have 2 trailer legs where the meat are smaller and harder to eat very cleanly. This waiter dug through our plate of crab leg shells and inspected the leftovers and took out an eaten trailer leg and ‘threw’ it back on our plate and said that it was not properly eaten. The meat left in that trailer leg was smaller than the size of a pea. We felt that it was a rude behaviour on his part to ‘throw’ an eaten crab leg back on our clean plate. In the subsequent rounds where other waiters cleared our plate, they did not had such rude behaviour. Perhaps this particular waiter might be against serving foreigners or that he was just in a bad mood today. Nonetheless, such rude behaviour should not be encouraged, especially in a food service line. Other than that, the food and ambience were quite pleasant. Our family’s mood was badly affected by this particular waiter’s rude behaviour.

It’s hard to make reservation for nice restaurants in Tokyo and I made reservation here and plan to do the all you can eat. But when we got there they said I could not do that without a reservation. Hello! I came with a reservation. If you need a separate reservation for all you can eat so that you have time to prepare for low quality food. State that on your google website and HIGHLIGHT regular reservation won’t work for all you can eat. We ended up walking around to find somewhere randomly to eat and ruined our plan
